What is Gyrotonic® 

I think of it as a technique that creates mobility through the use of circular movement. In the dictionary mobility means: the ability to move or be moved freely and easily. In the world of physical movement I think of mobility as the place where your flexibility and strength meet to produce strong easeful movement. Gyrotonic® uses circular movement patterns to help clients  find the place where their body can move with strength and ease.
